Was nice to freshen up my wallet. I have been carrying my Ridge wallet for a few years and the elastic was getting ratty. So I took it apart, cleaned it and put the new elastic in it. Very easy to do and now it looks almost brand new.
These guys are top notch backing up their product warranty! they actually do mean "LIFE TIME" as they will replace broken or parts that aren't working properly!
Emailed and filed a warranty claim and 7 days later got my part and put it on and my wallet is like new.
Made my ridge wallet like new again
Contacted Ridge, they provided me with a web site for the warranty. It was a bit confusing to fill out, since my wallet was likely one of the originals, but with emails, Ridge was responsive and I received the replacement elastic for my wallet, which I replaced and was completely satisfied with. Overall, recommend Ridge wallets. Have never regretted the purchase of mine, which is like 10-15 yrs old and still amazing.
